Based in Coral Springs, Florida, Centers for Health Promotion, LLC has served the health interests of patients and communities across the state of Florida. Our team is lead by Dwight Reynolds, M.D., ABEM, FACEP, a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician for over 40 years. He is assisted by long-time friend, community advocate, and fellow physician Rudy Moise, D.O., non-profit leader Kemberly Bush, minsterial leader Rev. Tony Philpart, and other experienced staff members.

CHP’s Chronic Disease Prevention and Wellness Division is purpose-built to assist in bringing healthcare support services, education, and advocacy to all communities across the great state of Florida.
